Order Processing

All products are made-to-order and are generally processed within 2–5 business days before
dispatch.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination and courier
network.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are provided once the order is shipped.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Return To Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be marked as Return To Origin (RTO).

Once the returned product reaches the warehouse and passes quality inspection, it may be added to reusable inventory. Depending on the situation, reshipping options may be available. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost Shipments

Lost shipments confirmed by the courier partner may qualify for a replacement or refund after
verification.

Reverse Pickup

Where applicable and serviceable, reverse pickup may be arranged through the courier partner. Pickup availability depends on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.

Damaged Packages

Customers should report damaged, defective, misprinted, missing, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers must provide:

• Order ID
• Product photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Unboxing video
• Detailed issue description

After verification, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund may be provided.
