Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Returns & Replacements

At RareDrop Industries, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Returns
and replacements are only accepted for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items received by the
customer.

Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement or refund request, customers must provide:

• Order ID
• Clear product photographs
• Packaging photographs
• Unboxing video
• Detailed issue description

After verification, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund may be provided.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges are not available for personal preference changes, color expectations, or change of mind.

For size-related issues, customer refusal cases, or non-defective returns, the shipment may be processed through the Return to Origin (RTO) workflow. Once received and quality checked, the returned product may be added to reusable inventory and may be eligible for reshipping.

Size Exchange Policy

Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Size exchanges are not
supported unless an incorrect size was sent by us.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter the production or printing stage. Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially marked as lost by the courier partner, a replacement or refund may be provided after
verification.

Return to Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Once the returned product reaches the warehouse and passes quality inspection, it may be added to reusable inventory. Depending on the situation, reshipping or reordering options may be available.

Reverse Pickup

Where applicable and serviceable, reverse pickup may be arranged through the courier partner. Pickup availability depends on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
